Our 5-Step Process

Step 1 - Informed Consent

We provide you with information about the entire assessment process, answer any questions or concerns you might have, and get your written consent to proceed.

Step 2 - Information Gathering

We email specialized forms and questionnaires to various individuals (parents, teachers and observers) that ask a wide variety of questions about background, medical and developmental history, behaviour, emotions and other skills. We may also review files and conduct interviews.

Step 3 - Testing

You schedule a day/time for testing that works best for you and/or your child. Depending on the service selected, the assessment can take place virtually, at our Winnipeg office or somewhere in your community if we are travelling to you.

Step 4 - Submit Reports & Letters

The assessment report, along with any support letters and forms we’ve filled out on your behalf, will be submitted to you for review.

Step 5 - Meeting

After you’ve had sufficient time to review all the documents, you can set up a virtual meeting with us to review the results over Zoom or phone.
